Film Farming, “Imec” is introduced in “Today's Close-Up” by NHK WORLD-JAPAN at 10:30/15:30/21:30 of Oct. 16th (JST). Dr. Yoshioka (CEO) and Mebiol team had visited Ukraine to provide wartime reconstruction support through Imec.

The project aims to support Ukraine's green industrial recovery and innovation ecosystem through technology transfer, capacity building and business co-creation between the Ukrainian and Japanese private sectors. Imec® makes it possible to restore agricultural productivity even in soil contaminated by war. We have already completed small-scale study at a local university and installing the Imec® system in Ukraine as a next step.

This project aims to support the improvement of agricultural productivity in India and the development of sustainable agriculture, which is essential for food security and economic growth. Not only do we invite trainees from India to Japan and conduct training programs, but we also install the Imec® system locally and provide training (on tomato cultivation) with the cooperation of Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology.
